This privacy policy covers how accsly.io collects, uses and protects user information. The service may collect account identifiers, technical data and a history of interactions. Data is used to run the service, contact the user and improve the product. It is shared with third parties only when the law requires it, when a payment or order delivery needs it, or when the user agrees. Data is kept for as long as those purposes require. The user accepts the risk of sending data over the internet. Continued use of the service after a change means the user accepts the new policy.

1. General

1.1. This policy applies to information a user submits while using accsly.io (the “Service”).

1.2. Using the Service means the user accepts this policy. If the user does not accept it, the user must stop using the Service.

2. Data we collect

2.1. The Service may collect account identifiers (login, ID, nickname, Telegram username), technical data (IP address, browser, device and operating system) and interaction history, including the contents and amount of an order.

2.2. The Service does not ask for passport data, identity documents or photos beyond what an order needs. For a Steam top-up the user provides the Steam login.

3. How data is used

3.1. Data is used to operate the Service, contact the user, provide support, fulfil an order and improve the Service.

4. Sharing

4.1. Data is not shared with third parties except where the law requires it, where a payment provider or digital-goods supplier needs it to complete the order, or where the user has agreed.

5. Storage and protection

5.1. Data is stored for as long as the purpose of processing requires.

5.2. Reasonable safeguards are used. Absolute security of data sent over the internet is not guaranteed.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. The user understands that sending information over the internet involves risk.

6.2. The Service is not liable for loss or disclosure caused by a third party or by the user.

7. Changes

7.1. This policy may be updated without prior notice. The current text is this page.

7.2. Continued use after a change means the user accepts the new text.
