User agreement

1. General

1.1. This user agreement governs use of accsly.io (the “Service”).

1.2. By using the Service, including placing or paying for an order, the user confirms that they have read this agreement and accept it in full.

1.3. If the user does not accept these terms, the user must stop using the Service.

2. Digital goods

2.1. On accsly.io the user can pay for Steam wallet top-ups, Apple gift codes, Roblox gift codes and AI-agent subscriptions. The price and what is included are shown before payment on the prices page and on the product page.

2.2. The rest of the catalog lists partner shops. Those purchases are completed on the partner shop’s website, not as a payment to accsly.io.

2.3. The product is the code, top-up or access described before payment. The Service does not promise that publicly available information is exclusive.

3. No warranty

3.1. The Service is provided “as is”.

3.2. The Service does not guarantee that it will meet expectations, that the user will obtain any financial or other result, or that it will run without interruption or errors.

3.3. The Service is not liable for direct or indirect loss, lost profit, how the user applies a product, acts of third parties, or temporary outages.

3.4. The user decides how to use a product and bears that risk.

4. Lawful use

4.1. The Service is not for unlawful activity.

4.2. The user must follow applicable law and third-party rules, including those of Steam, Apple, Roblox and the AI services.

4.3. The user is responsible for lawful use of the product.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. Materials on the Service are protected by intellectual-property law.

5.2. Those materials may not be copied, distributed or resold without the owner’s permission.

5.3. A breach may result in access being limited, without compensation.

6. Suspension

6.1. Access may be limited if the user breaks this agreement, abuses the Service, or if the law or a payment provider requires it.

6.2. Limiting access does not cancel obligations that already exist.

6.3. Service may be refused where the user’s actions create risk for the Service, a payment provider or a third party.

7. Payments and refunds

7.1. Payment follows the price and terms shown before checkout.

7.2. After a digital good is delivered, it is not refunded, except as stated below.

7.3. A refund is available only if the Service failed to deliver the good because of its own technical fault, or access was not actually provided.

7.4. The user must contact support within 24 hours of payment.

7.5. The decision on a refund is made by the Service.

7.6. The user will not start a chargeback with a bank or payment system before contacting support.

8. Privacy

8.1. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes

9.1. This agreement may be updated. The current version is this page. Continued use means the user accepts the new text.
